Ingredients
- 1 cup Gourmet Cashews
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
How to Make Honey Cashew Granola
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 160°C.
2. Mix the Ingredients
Add the Gourmet Cashews, oats, brown sugar, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and salt to a large bowl.
Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly combined.
3. Prepare the Baking Tray
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Pour the granola mixture onto the tray and spread it into an even layer.
4. Bake
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and stir the granola to ensure it browns evenly.
Return it to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the granola is a deep golden brown.
5. Cool
The granola may still feel soft when it comes out of the oven. That’s completely normal.
Allow it to cool completely. As it cools, the granola will become crisp and crunchy.
