Products & Prices

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes and prices are accurate. However, minor differences in appearance may occur. 

Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown when you place it. We may update, replace or discontinue products at any time.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once it has been accepted and payment has been successfully received, where applicable. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, there is an obvious error in the listing, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If you have already paid, we will arrange an appropriate refund. Payment must be made using the options available at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

Minimum Order Quantity

Our minimum direct order is one carton. For smaller quantities, you can choose from our available curated sets and collections. Wholesale, retail, hospitality and institutional orders may have different minimum quantities and commercial terms.

Delivery

Delivery times and fees depend on your location, order size and selected delivery option. Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate. While we aim to meet stated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other suitable solution. Business, Private Label & Export Orders

Wholesale, retail, hospitality, institutional, private-label and export orders may be subject to separate pricing, quantities, payment terms, delivery arrangements and other agreed conditions. These details will be confirmed separately before an order or project begins.

All content on this website, including our brand name, logos, images, text, graphics and videos, belongs to or is licensed to The M & W Nuts Company. You may use the website for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce or commercially use our content without our permission.
